2021 Prices

Prices for 2021 appearances will be:

Party Appearance Package - $60 for 10 or less children, plus $1 extra for each extra child.

Party Experience Package - $125 for 10 or less children, plus $2.50 extra for each extra child.

Event Appearance - $60 for one hour, each extra hour is $50.

Glitter Tattoos

We now offer glitter tattoos as part of our party packages and home visits. Glitter tattoos are usually 3-6cm wide/tall and take approximately 2 minutes to apply (adhesive stencils are applied to the skin, cosmetic glue is applied over the stencil, and cosmetic glitter is applied over the glue). These tattoos can last up to 4 days in great condition! We will bring along a range of stencils (related to your theme where possible) for children to choose from.

Please note;

- This is not available for every booking - availability will depend on the age and number of children at the booking, the character you've chosen and the actor that will be working. Just ask us if we can do glitter tattoos at your event!

- Please enquire about ingredients in products used for glitter tattoos for allergy information.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm allergy status of all children receiving glitter tattoos. Fantasy Character Appearances - Townsville nor any character performer cannot be held liable for any harm caused by children being allergic to ingredients in our products.

Corona Virus

Due to Corona virus, most of our services had to be shut down. As a result, all our performers had to find other jobs, which may mean we may not have available the characters you want to book or any performers available on the day you'd like to book. It is possible that we may still be able to do some events. But if you'd like to book one of our characters please contact us first by sending us an email or a message on Facebook to see if we would be able to cater to what you're after.

How do we do appearances/parties now?

We know that one of the most special things we use to be able to do was give children hugs and high-fives. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to do this. Your performer will remain standing behind children for photos, and they will keep their hands to themselves in order to minimise contact with children. It would also make it easier if parents could ensure children stay at a distance from the performer (it could be a little awkward if a princess tells a child to move away!). Your performer will bring hand sanitiser to use regularly throughout the appearance. We also ask that parents/supervisors have children wash their hands before the performer arrives, after they leave, before and after craft activities, etc.

Attention!

Our main actor (the one most of you have met as many different characters over the last 3 years) will be leaving us in July. She may still pop in to do a couple appearances every now and then, but due to not having her full time, it will be more difficult for us to confirm bookings that are too far ahead. Our remaining actors can often not provide their availability for more than one month in advance. As a result, any bookings made from now on for any date after June 30th will not be able to be confirmed until one month out from the booking. You can still make tentative bookings which we will keep in our diary so no one else can book that time, and we will confirm it as soon as possible, which will generally be one month ahead of the booking. We do have bookings as far ahead as September, if that is you, do not worry, your bookings are set in stone.
