Service Description

Most of our characters can create a personalised video for your little ones with happy birthday messages, get well soon messages, or just to say hello! If you have something specific you'd like the character to say, please send us a script - these videos can be as long as you want. If you don't have a script for the performer, please just send us some details to help our performers personalise their video - these videos are usually 30-60 seconds. We wanted to make this service as cheap as possible during this difficult time, however most people choose to also include a tip when paying through bank transfer (select cash payment option - we will contact you with other payment methods). If you do choose to include a tip, that extra money will go directly to your character performer. When booking, please enter the day you would like the video to be finished and sent to you by. We need at least 7 days notice so our performers have time to memorise the script before recording day, schedule a day they have 4 hours free to get into hair, makeup and costume and to record the video, and edit the video after recording day, while still leaving time to send the video to us so we can send it to you!
